Non-Property Portfolio Businesses

Our trainees of Non-Property Portfolio Businesses will begin at Headquarters and then have separate attachments at two business units in the first 18 months of the programme. Trainees will then be posted at a designated business unit for 18 months of on-the-job training (as shown in the graphic below) to complete the three-year MT programme. Throughout the programme, trainees will:

 

Participate in research projects led by experienced managers and prepare financial reports
Support analyses on businesses while furthering their knowledge in financial control
Develop hard skills in building Excel models, writing business papers and creating impactful presentations
Gain basic understanding of the businesses in the portfolio and their competitive landscapes
Conduct team presentations and discussions, polishing their communication skills
